Ahhh, the joys of getting a pedicure…

At home?!

Yes, yes – I admit— I hate doing my nails myself and I hate doing my nails at home. There’s just something about the salon (or spa!) experience and expertise that I just adore.

I got this along with Hand Relief the last time I went to an Aveda spa for a treatment about a year ago.

I stumbled upon tea tree oil by accident.

After an unfortunate little bout with foot fungus, I was eager to find a daily treatment that would both protect and moisturize my little footsies.

I go to the gym a lot and I do shower there (with flip flops, of course!) so I was concerned that I was exposing my feet to scary little Digger the Dermatophytes…

My feet really love Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula.

I learned the hard way that regular body lotion is not enough to keep my feet moisturized. They used to get embarrassingly dry as the day wore on, especially during the cold winter months. Not a good look, people!
