NARS Blushes are amazing!

The pigments are so rich and full and the powder is so finely milled that they blend really easily. Yum!

I wanted the Taj Mahal shade in particular for sooooooo long, but I just couldn’t justify the $25 price tag for another orange-y blush. My combination of MAC’s Orange eyeshadow and MAC’s Golden Bronze Iridescent Loose Powder was a bit more work, as far as blending goes, but achieved the same stellar results…

What was life like before the personal cleansing wipe?!

I’m addicted to these things and I have a pack in every purse and at my desk. They’re grrrreeeaaat!

Ok, so, without getting too graphic, these are basically little pre-moistened wipes that just make each trip to the bathroom that much more exciting…

What a beautiful (and cost-effective) gloss!

I’m such a huge fan of L’Oreal’s Colour Juice Sheer Lip Gloss in the beautiful Pink Grapefruit shade! It’s a fabulous sheer peach that looks really great on my skin tone.

Think of it as Balmy Nights/Beauty Rush with a touch more of a peach tone to it – yum!

Consistency-wise, it’s hearty but not super sticky. It does help to apply it over a thinner base like Blistex , petroleum jelly or even one of the Rosebud Salves if you like those.

This gloss also has a subtly sweet scent and taste to it that I like. Not that I eat it or anything…

Blue by Ralph Lauren

Ahhh, how I love Blue by Ralph Lauren…

It smells so clean, so fresh and so classic. My bottle of Blue is a byproduct of a long dead relationship — one thing my ex was good for was getting me nice perfumes ;)

This is easily my go-to daytime fragrance, especially now that I ran out of my Bright Crystal :(

Funny enough, I actually didn’t like this at all when I first sprayed a bit on my wrist…

I’m very particular about the way things smell…

Like, very!

Soooo, when my body chemistry changed (at least that’s what I think happened, lol) a few years ago and my old go-to deodorant wasn’t quite cutting it, I took the task of selecting a new deodorant quite seriously!

After way too many trips to the deodorant aisle, I finally decided that Secret Platinum Soft Solid in Tropical Satin was the one for me.

Powder Blush in Format by MAC

Ohhh, Format, how I love thee…let me count the ways…

Believe it or not, this is the first blush that I ever bought! Brings a tear to my eye! Ok, not really, but you get the picture…

The powder chronicles continue!

Thanks to Jeremy at the Bloomingdale’s (SoHo) Mac counter I’ve discovered my new favorite powder! Woo hoo!

Not that I have a whole lot of other powders to compare it to, but I like it a lot so just work with me…

Ok, let me take several deep breaths before I start… This product is SO GOOD! In fact, you need to go and buy some now! It might just be the best thing that’s ever happened to my hair… Ouidad’s Deep Treatment Intensive Condtioner is quite possibly the only thing I can honestly rave about from that entire product line. I’m so in love with it and it has really changed my hair for the better. The sad part is how expensive this stuff is…

Ohhh, facial cleansing oils…how I love thee! Let me count the ways…

This is the actual oil that I saw on that episode of the Tyra Show and it’s sooooo great. Who knew oil could be so great at getting makeup off and getting your face super clean?!

A bit thicker than the High Performance Balancing Cleansing Oil that I reviewed before, the Cleansing Beauty Oil Premium A/O does the same great job with the added benefit of lots of yummy antioxidants.

It’s completely clear in color, despite the green of the bottle, annnnnd, this version has a much better scent – it’s sweet like the faintest watermelon – ahhh…

Mangosteen Soap by Fresh

Hi Beauties!

After a crummy day a few weeks ago, I decided that the best thing to do was to treat myself to a little bit of luxury. And, boy am I glad I did!

Naturally, I headed straight to Sephora and made some fun purchases, that included an Original Soap by Fresh in the Mangosteen scent.

I received some Fresh Petit Soaps for X-Mas ( click here for my review ) and they were just so scrumptious (Thanks, again Nana-lita!). So, I knew this would be a good one!
