Soooo. . .

My hair is in desperate need of a trim. (see Exhibit A )

My home trims are somewhat on the haphazard side but they get the job done.

 

I have not done one in a while (obviously!) since I’ve been more focused on protection and moisture, but I must do one in the near future. . .

 

This video by Ambrosia Malbrough A.K.A. xGOLDn presents a much more orderly way to do a DIY trim on natural hair.

 

Needless to say, I’ll be giving it a shot in the near future.

So, guys, what do you think of trimming hair at home? Would you try this method?

   I may try trimming my own hair soon. I am trying to reduce my dependence on stylists since they like to give cuts and not trims. This looks like a great method. Thanks for sharing.
