Have you been partying in your shower lately?
With products, I mean!
Well, if you’ve been following my tweets, then you’ll know that I recently attended the launch party for Bioré’s new facial cleansing products, the Steam Activated Cleanser ($8) and Makeup Removing Towelettes ($8). The theme for the event was, you guessed it, Party in the Shower
More women than not (60% to be exact) report washing their faces in the shower, so the Steam Activated Cleanser makes perfect sense… Not only is it cheap, it has fun little steam-activated beads that are infused with green tea leaf extract and a cooling mint extract complex. This foaming cleanser is also free of soaps, sulfates and parabens. Like most cleansers, be careful not to get this in your eyes! I found out the hard way that while my skin was invigorated by the mint complex, my eyes…not so much.
The Makeup Removing Towelettes have found their way into my gym bag and I’m pretty happy with the results. Before and after working out is my fav way to use cleansing towelettes since they are such a convenient way to keep my face clean on-the-go. These are made of 100% renewable resources, including cotton, and contain goodies like Vitamin E, green tea extract, green coconut water and Indian Ginseng. While your makeup will come off with these, you’ll probably have to use more than one.
