This serum rocks.
And, despite learning about why I need a serum in my life here, here and here over at the oh-so-fab Mischo Beauty, I confess to still forgetting to work them into my skin care routine – doh!
Well, La Mer’s Regenerating Serum ($250) has definitely helped me get on the serum bandwagon.
Serums work by providing highly concentrated goodness directly to your skin and La Mer’s Regenerating Serum is power-packed full of goodies to help feed your skin. What enticed me the most were the Marine Peptide Ferment and the Regenerating Ferment, which help boost collagen production, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and assist in the skin’s renewal. Of course we can’t forget the proprietary Miracle Broth, which this brand is famous for…
My first impression was how silky smooth it applied to my skin. Some serums can leave your skin feeling damp for a few minutes while they soak in, but this one absorbs über-quickly. I’ve been great about applying it most days (yeah, I’m still slacking a little!) and my skin looks pretty hot.
Yes, yes, it’s pricey, but you really only need a few drops. Your skin will thank you.
As always, let me know what ya think!
