Nivea’s Kiss of Moisture Essential Lip Care is scrumptiously hydrating. Thanks to the shea butter and beeswax, it’s effectiveness as an everyday balm is not even in question.
I like this balm, I really do, but… it kind of disintegrated on me after a short while.
In short, the actual physical consistency of the product isn’t best suited for the package it comes in.
Often times a whole chunk of this balm would kind of just meld off as I swiped it across my lips. So I’d have to attempt to scrape it back into the tube (no fun) or just wipe it away with a paper towel (no fun and a waste of perfectly good balm!)
And, no, I wasn’t doing anything extraordinary while applying this stuff, it’s just so darn soft! It would do much better in a pot or tub.

This is the same problem I had with it. Basically it’s too soft to be in a twist tube. It should I think it’s too be in a squeeze tube. Maybe a pot would work best. Also the fragrance seems like it would be better for body products not lip products. With that said I actually like it. I haven’t bought anymore. I’m thinking of trying Nivea’s other balms. I saw three new Nivea body washes at Walgreens in warm weather scents. Be on the look at for these.
yep! i agree
ooh, bodywashes…yum. i’m glad Nivea is trying to improve. even their lotions are better nowadays
