When was the last time you and a good friend went on a date?

No, not that kind of date or that kind of friend! But, you know, just taking the time hang out with one of your besties.
Make it a point to make time each week for a good old fashioned face-to-face meeting with your closest pals (or at least a nice phone conversation, if you are geographically far from each other).
In this day and age of social networking sites, text messages and emails, it is way too easy to not see or (literally) hear from many people. Try not to lump those closest to you in that category!
Location doesn’t matter, you guys can sit on each other’s couches and chit chat, just make the effort! I’m a firm believer in friends being the family that we get to choose, so it’s very important to me to try and keep my friendships alive and well through quality face time.
We’re all busy, but you’ll always be better off by spending quality time with friends in some capacity! May I suggest a spa date, movie night or dinner party? Happy Bonding and let me know how it goes!
What do you and your friends do to keep connected?

This is such great advice. I got to sit down with a couple of my good friends this past weekend, and it was lovely. Really.
go you! it feels so great to connect – keep it up!
You’re so right. I always feel so.. warm inside when I see a friend after a long time or even someone from the past who I was friends with or worked with.
Life (for me) can get so routine. And to be able to catch up with a friend makes it more fun too.
thanks for the comment.:D
i feel ya, Glamouricious! keep making the effort, it’s always worth it
