A by-product of my scrumptious facial at the Aveda Institute in Soho , I quite liked Aveda Botanical Kinetics Exfoliant! It’s very mild and does a good job at gently exfoliating the skin.
My skin is randomly sensitive to most physical exfoliants (except this one that I absolutely love!) so I was excited to check this chemical exfoliant by out…
The active ingredient in this product is salicylic acid, which chemically improves the surface texture of the skin by getting rid of all the old dead cells that lead to dullness and clogged pores. It also increases cell turnover among other things. Click here to check out a great little article on exfoliation on iVillage.com.
Aveda Botanical Kinetics’ Exfoliant has that good old “natural” smell that Aveda uses in a bunch of their products. It’s hard to describe, but if you are familiar with Aveda, you know what I’m talking about
After my facial, I bought a travel size 1.7 oz bottle that ran out way too quickly…
How do you folks normally exfoliate?
Stay Beautiful

i’ve been doing at-home peels lately with good results. Juice Beauty and Alba make good ones.
