Ok, so, back to the product at hand…

Smashbox’s yummy Cream Eye Liner in Picasso is a fun take on an old staple. Picasso is a really lovely shade of deep navy blue that gives a beautifully unexpected pop of color. I like to switch up my standard black eyeliner every so often with this stuff and it really can do no wrong.

Even if you are afraid of color (which I surely am not, lol), a slender swipe of this cream liner right above your upper lash line will look really amazing. Just pretend like you are coloring in between your lashes and let the beauty unfold…

Anyhoo, the texture of this liner is on the firm side, but it blends on fairly well. This is a long-wear formula that stays put once it has set for 60 seconds, so you’ve got a little bit of a time window to “get it right” before it’s set in place.
