Yours truly heard through the grapevine that Victoria’s Secret Lip Conditioner SPF 15 gave Balmy Nights/Beauty Rush a run for its money…
Well, the verdict is in, annnnnd…Balmy Nights is still the best! To me, of course
But, the Lip Conditioner does have some redeeming qualities. One of the few things that annoys me about the lip balm formerly known as Balmy Nights is the fact that I have to constantly stick my finger in it in order to use it.
As detailed in my most recent Beauty Tidbits post , this is not the most ideal thought after thinking about where my hands go on a daily basis…
Anyhoo, this product provides a medium level of moisture. It kinda reminds me of a glossier ChapStick. I’m a fan of heartier glosses, so this fell a little short for me, but if you like it light, this may be right up your alley.
And, it’s pretty cheap. I bought it with some of the Victoria’s Secret Blotting Papers (review coming soon!) so it was 5 bucks a piece for both.
The Lip Conditioner has a fun watermelon taste to it and it has a nice bit of SPF, which is really good. It’s easy to forget about protecting our lips, but it is quite important…if anything, this is surely coming to the beach with me this summer.
As usual, gimme a shout if you’ve tried this out!
