I love dairy, but dairy does not love me back
In short, most types of foods that contain dairy leave me with unpleasant side effects, that I’d rather not detail on this glamorous website
I became lactose intolerant about 10 years ago and, no, I’m not crazy, WebMd even says that it’s really common for symptoms to develop during teen or adult years. Needless to say, it really sucks…
But… these Dairy Relief pills are one of the best things that ever happened to me! I just need to pop a few pills with the first bite of dairy and it’ll be smooth sailing for the duration of my lactose filled adventure.
Yes, it’s a pain in the butt to have to stop and think about downing some pills every time you want to enjoy a certain kind of food, but relief has no price! You deserve regular digestion just as much as the next guy!
It took me a little while to figure out how many pills works for me, until I read on the bottle that “for best results, you may have to adjust the number of caplets up or down.” The baseline dosage is 2 pills, so just start from there and play around. Don’t worry, if you have trouble taking pills. These white capsules are little and can be safely chewed to get the same results.
If milk or cheese or any thing in that family bothers your stomach, definitely give these pills a try!
I’m sure most of you aren’t lactose intolerant, but I just had to share my life changing discovery!
