Hello Beauties!
I’m revived, refreshed and back to product-loving self
Now, to the matter at hand…
Repeat after me…
Fluoride is your friend.
It’s a mineral that strengthens tooth enamel and is clinically proven to prevent decay. It also helps reduce tooth sensitivity. I’d known this for a while, but I had no idea how effective regularly using a fluoride rinse like Act’s really is.
This product makes such a difference that even my dentist noticed!
I never had any cavities when I was little. Then all of a sudden I went thru a period in my early to mid-teens where each dentist visit brought a new little cavity or two.
Now, I love my teeth and the thought of losing them or having them decay into stubs scares the heck out of me! So, one visit a couple years back I asked my dentist what I could do, in addition to brushing, to prevent cavities and he said to floss and use a fluoride rinse.
It’s been smooth sailing ever since!
All you need to do is swish this rinse around in your mouth for a minute and you’re good to go. But, be sure not to eat or drink for the next 30 minutes. I get lazy about flossing and fluoride, so I just try to do it more times a week than not and that seems to be enough.
Act’s Anticavity Fluoride Rinse comes in Cinnamon, Mint and (my personal favorite) Bubble Gum flavors. It’s alcohol free and super-duper mild. This product also doesn’t burn and it’s not excessively sweet.
I think the dispenser is so cool! You just squeeze the bottle and the reservoir at the top fills on up. The handy fill line helps you measure out the correct dosage every time with no mess.
At about 5 bucks for 18 fl. oz. this product is well worth it. Ever since I started using it regularly, I haven’t had a cavity and my dentist has been raving about my teeth
Take time to care for your teeth, people! You really have no reason not to use this! Your teeth will thank you later
