I still heart mascara.
As a confessed addict, I felt it my duty to try Covergirl’s new Lash Exact mascara when I read about it in a recent issue of Allure Magazine.
This product works really well and at about 1/3 the price of your average department store brand, it’s affordable, too.
The absolute best part about this mascara is the patented Lash Exact brush. This brush is fantastic and makes all the difference in the world! The spikes in the brush are made of a semi-flexible plastic that somehow magically gets rid of those dreaded clumps that many mascara brushes produce…
My lashes are defined, separated and virtually clump-free! Ooh wee!
I’m so very impressed with this new brush. My lashes really do look like Queen Latifah’s do in the print ads for this product whenever I wear it.
This is not a volumizing mascara, which is the only thing I can fault it for, because I live for thick, volumized lashes. However, Lash Exact is very appropriate for daytime, because adds good length and lash definition without going over the top. I’ve found myself wearing it to work all the time these days.
The mascara itself is a reliable and basic formula. It does a good job at adding length, which I really like. Lash Exact comes in several shades of brown and black and has no significant scent.
Hot Tip – To get super dramatic lashes that are long, lush separated and thick apply a coat of this stuff and then a coat (or two) of your favorite volumizing mascara. Your eyes will really stand out and look gorgeous!

OMG, I’m buying this ASAP! I’m a misery when it comes to mascara.
I bought it! I’ve only used it once, but it did seem to work better, i.e. less clumps, than the usual mascaras that I buy and use twice before giving up. I might need you to give me a lesson next time we meet!
