Got lackluster, brittle nails? OPI’s Nail Envy – Original formula is a great remedy.
Nail Envy leaves nails strong, fortified and delightfully shiny. After receiving my first manicure with it, I couldn’t stop admiring how fantastic my nails looked and and how strong they felt. The formula contains calcium and snazzy proteins. It also works great as a single-layer base coat…
This past summer, I discovered this product when I tried a new spa for a routine manicure. Not only did my manicurist do a perfect job with my cuticles (cleaned up the stragglers without completely removing the cuticle itself) but she introduced me to the Nail Envy product when I requested a clear polish for my short nails. Needless to say, I’ve not cheated on my manicurist ever since
I’ve had my Nail Envy for 3 or 4 months and the formula hasn’t dried out or changed over time like some polishes do. A double coat, plus a quick dry topcoat can last up to a week.
Also note, to optimize your results, a single coat should be applied every other day to the initial double coat application — this is something I *haven’t* yet done and sounds like a sure way to keep nails looking fresh.

Reality Check – For whatever reason, with any polish, my manicures never last perfectly for more than 3 or 4 days. I don’t see this as a reflection on Nail Envy, but it’s always such a sad day in the life of a manicure.
So, take note when trying this product that like most good things, it won’t last forever!
